CampusWise solutions enable Clients immediate direct access to plans, data, and reports for planning, design, construction, maintenance, management, and safety of facilities. Authorized users have access to facility data anywhere at anytime on our server through a web interface.

CampusWise adds intelligence to drawings, allowing global access to searchable, customized data. We use software to associate CAD floor plans with a database.

The database contains facility data, such as room names and numbers, organizational structure (divisions, departments, and cost centers), assets (furniture, data outlets, air units), and employees. Each room on the plan is linked to a record in the database; and unlike separate plan and data files, these linked files react dynamically. If the plan is reconfigured, new areas and room names are immediately recognized. Real-time plans and data reflect the smallest move or a major remodel. This simultaneous, bidirectional updating of drawings and database speeds the flow of accurate, graphical knowledge across your facility.
